2012年4月 – 顶级佳酿,优秀的2011年珍藏呈现不透明的紫色,拥有令人惊叹的春天花朵、黑醋栗,森林的地面和烘烤橡木的香气。这款酒是华丽的,酒体饱满、丰富、密集、纯净,酸度良好,拥有成熟而良好融合的单宁。一切都表明酿酒技艺的精良和区域的特色。陈放15年以上适宜饮用。

我一直对欧碧颂的两个出品印象深刻,这一品牌现在为来自香港的著名的郭氏家族所有。这是最早投资波尔多的中国买家,品质自始至终无可挑剔。米歇尔·罗兰(Michel Rolland)是其酿酒顾问。

The top cuvee, the outstanding 2011 La Réserve boasts an opaque purple color as well as a stunning perfume of spring flowers, black currants, forest floor and toasty oak. The wine is opulent, full-bodied, rich, dense and pure with good acidity in addition to ripe, well-integrated tannin. Everything about both cuvees suggests precise winemaking and elevage. Drink the La Réserve over its first 15+ years.

The more beefed-up, structured, tannic and slightly oakier 2010 Haut-Brisson Reserve ratchets up the level of concentration. The fruit seems darker and more foreboding, and the wine cuts a broader swathe across the palate. It is an impressive wine, but much younger and more of a long-term proposition than the regular cuvee. Anticipated maturity: 2016-2030.

Owned by a prominent Chinese family, this has been a consistent winner in every vintage I have tasted to date. They usually make two cuvees, both of which merit consumer interest.

2012年4月 – 限量生产的2009年份欧碧颂珍藏具备了极佳的陈年潜质。如墨般的深紫色酒液中有着馥郁的果香气息,酒体饱满,回味悠长。优秀的口感有如来自圣艾美侬高原上最优秀的风土地块。现在饮用略显年轻,再经过5-7年窖藏更能感受其结构和质地的变化。预计成熟期:2017-2030年。

The limited production 2009 Haut-Brisson Réserve ratchets up everything, from the color (inky purple) to the aromatics, flavor profile, and long, full-bodied finish. This is a brilliant St.-Émilion that tastes like it came from one of the great terroirs on the St.-Émilion plateau. It is also structured and unevolved, and will benefit from 5-7 years of cellaring. Anticipated maturity: 2017-2030.

2012年4月 – 我喜欢酒中的甘草和黑莓气息,酒体厚重,单宁坚实,余韵生动。相当不错。

I like the licorice and dark berry character with full body, firm tannins and a racy finish. Lanky and pretty.

2013年2月 – 入鼻有迷人的覆盆子、红色浆果和香草的香气,以及辛辣的肉豆蔻的气息。入口有密集的果味,随之变得丝滑和非常精细。质地细致。十分丰富,富有深度。需要时间演化。微妙而性感。这个酒庄有史以来最好的酒。2016年试试看。

Attractive nose of raspberries, red cherries, vanilla and some spicy nutmeg. Nice dense fruit on attack and turns silky and very refined. Nicely textured. Very rich and full of depth. Give it time. Subtle and sexy. Best wine ever from this estate. Try in 2016.

2012年4月 – 一款时髦而集中的红酒,入鼻有充裕的李子和花朵的香气,以及树叶的气息。酒体厚重,单宁丝般顺滑,酸度令人愉快,新鲜平衡。大部分是美乐,搭配微量的品丽珠、小味儿多和赤霞珠。2016年试试看。

A modern and focused red with lots of plum, flowers and hints of leaves on the nose. Full-bodied, with silky tannins and bright acidity, it’s fresh and balanced. Mostly Merlot with hints of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Try in 2016.
